The VII International Conference on Laser&Plasma research and technologies – LaPlas-2021

You are kindly invited to take part in the VII International Conference on Laser & Plasma research and technologies – LaPlas 2021 that is organised by the Institute for Laser and Plasma Technologies of National Research Nuclear University MEPhI.
The Conference will take place on March 23 – March 26, 2021.
Due to the epidemiological situation caused by the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus infection, the conference will be held remotely.
If the epidemiological situation changes, the Organizing Committee will make every effort to hold the conference in face-to-face or in a mixed format.
The conference is based on scientific fields as follows:
- Laser, plasma and radiation technologies in industry, power engineering and medicine;
- Photonics, quantum metrology, optical information processing;
- New functional materials, metamaterials, “smart” alloys and quantum systems;
- Superstrong optical fields, powerful lasers, Mega Science installations;
- Applied mathematics and mathematical modeling
- High energy density physics;
- Physics of high-temperature plasma, environmentally safe energy on the basis of controlled thermonuclear synthesis;
- Spectroscopic synchrotron, neutron, laser research methods, quantum-mechanical calculations and computer simulation of condensed media and nanostructures;
- Electrophysical and nuclear instrumentation.

Application forms and the abstract should be sent to the Conference Organization Committee via the conference website www.conf.laplas.mephi.ru until March 9, 2021.
Reports chosen on the recommendation of the Conference Program Committee will be provided for publication in journals constituting Scopus and Web of Science citation bases.
